September 10, four stamps dedicated to national combat materiel are issued as a continuation of History of World War I series

 The postage stamps feature:
- the Sikorsky S-22 Ilya Muromets heavy bomber;
- the Mosin–Nagant 7.62 mm rifle;
- the 76.2 mm field rapid-firing gun;
- the Novik destroyer.
